'Tickets' and the registration process

Once registration is received by the Webstock elves, a tax invoice will be emailed to the person who pays the bills. A permanent record of these is maintained by the Webstock registration elves who can re-issue these items if yours get lost.

Fees

All fees become payable within 7 days of the booking being made for the Webstock event.

If the fee remains unpaid at the time of the Webstock event, the following may occur:

• bad karma
• denied entry to the Webstock event with no reduction in your liability to pay the fee
• the heavies being called in

The moral of the story is to ensure you've paid before the event begins.

Transfers

If you've booked but then can't attend, it's cool for another person to attend in your place. It is much appreciated if can let us know at least 24 hours before the Webstock event.

Cancellations and refunds

• Should you wish to cancel your registration at least one week before the event, we'll refund you in full.
• If you cancel within a week of the event, we'll refund 75% of the purchase price.
• If you do a no-show on the day of the event, you'll be liable for the full purchase price.

Moral of the story: don't cancel and if you do, let us know asap.

Changes to content, postponement, cancellation

In the unlikely event of cancellation of a Webstock event, the liability of Webstock is limited to the return of paid fees.

Webstock may alter the times, dates and speakers of Webstock events by notice to you at any time. While we are sorry if this causes inconvenience, Webstock will not be liable for any loss, damages or sadness arising from such changes.
